This light-medium duty versatile modular sorter handles light polybags to medium duty boxes and plugs straight into standard eSort MDR accumulation conveyor and like all eSorters it can accumulate like regular ZPA while using the same controls.

Z4 Box and Tote 90 Degree Low Profile eSort™
The heavy duty workhorse of the eSort team. The Z4 is a versatile modular sorter handles heavy to light duty boxes and plugs straight into standard eSort MDR accumulation conveyor and like all eSorter’s it can accumulate like regular ZPA while using the same controls. The Z4 is the backbone of the SARA dock receiving and manifest sorting system developed by eSort Conveyor.

Unrivaled Controls Flexibility
Our pre-engineered eSort™ ready to run modules plug together via Ethernet cables, allowing for limitless combinations. Separate scanner, conveyor, eSorters and merge modules communicate and learn from each other to track and sort items accurately with 100% sort verification. All modules combine to a single small spare parts list with hot swapable components and embedded shared learning control cards.
*Embedded shared learning: When replacing a card, it merely has to be plugged in then the install button pressed for 5 seconds and the card is automatically reprogrammed by the two cards on each side of the replacement card.
The Patented eSort™ technology is innovative and unique, offering Plug in and Run modules that talk to each other and combine to provide a seamless sortation system capable of being stationary or mobile with configurable rates and sorter layouts. Two connections, 24v DC and Ethernet, allow control cards in each module to be recognized and automatically integrated into the system providing zone by zone tracking and control of every parcel.
eSort™
eSort technology is driven by two very unique 24v MDR sorters, the G4 and Z1, with intelligent, distributed logic control cards connected by Ethernet cable. The G4 and Z1 eSorters require no air or master control panel to operate. These sorters are modular and install easily by simply plugging two cables in to power and Ethernet, so adding or re-configuring sorters is easy…so easy, they can work on wheels and be turned into mobile / modular sorters for receiving and shipping docks.
The Heavy Duty G4 sorter can sort 1 oz. poly bags in-line with 65 lb. boxes at 30 units per minute and can accumulate on the sorter when lane full situations occur.
