The Heavy Duty ABOT is the next generation in box opening technology. The ABOT is a 24v DC powered unit that does NOT require: air, PLC or control panel and can plug into a 110v outlet or other power source to run. It’s engineered with MDR Conveyor, drives and Ethernet control card technology to open the widest variety of box sizes at the highest Single (700 cph) and Dual line (1400 cph) rate in the industry. It can be deployed on casters as a mobile unit or integrated into any existing or new conveyor system easily.
ABOT Ethernet and power cables can plug into eSort MDR conveyor and automatically recognize and configure to the existing controls cards for that system, such as RTA’s eSort technology at a receiving dock. Imagine a mobile MDR conveyor system that can scan, open and sort boxes @ the receiving / shipping dock. Then for good measure, be moved and stored out of the way in minutes.
