eSort is comprised of two very unique, intelligent MDR driven sorters that are run by Insight Automation control cards. The G4 sorter and the Z1 sorter are 24v DC MDR driven units that require no air or control panel to operate. These sorters are modular and install easily by plugging two cables in to power and Ethernet, so adding or re-configuring sorters is easy…So easy, we put them on wheels and turned them into mobile / modular sorters for receiving and shipping docks.
The Heavy Duty G4 sorter can sort 1 oz. poly bags in-line with 65 lb. cartons at 30 units per minute, all while being able to accumulate on the sorter when lane full(s) occur (if necessary). The Z1 sorts 1 oz poly bags in-line with 14 lb. cartons at 40 units per minute with an extremely low profile that allow units to be stacked two and three high. eSort is by far the best entry level sorter technology for companies because of its simplicity, flexibility, modular design and price point.
